| 2 | DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE |
| | tarait.com provide a central reminder repository for clients and companies which sell flowers ONLY. You understand and agree that the Service is provided 'AS-IS' and that tarait.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store or deliver any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

| 3 | YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS |
| | In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's join form and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or tarait.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, tarait.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Under no circumstances will your information be shared with any third party or related business nor shall your customer lists or information ( including email addresses, telephones and names ) be shared with any third party company or used in any other type of cross-selling or marketing campaigns without you AND your customers express written permission. Your data is private and will be kept private. Placing any customer information into our database without the customers express permission is prohibited and will be viewed as a serious breach of this policy.

5 | MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY |
| | Your password and username will be stored upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information confidential. You are fully responsible for any activities that take place on your account. a) You agree to immediately notify tarait.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Ensure that you logout of your account at the end of each session. tarait.com cannot and will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5. tarait.com is not responsible for any leakage or loss of data that may occur due to security break-ins, sql injections, web exploits, man-in-the-middle attacks or any capturing of your data before it reaches our server.

| 6 | MEMBER CONDUCT |
| | You understand that all information, whether publicly or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. tarait.com does not control the content of information posted, and as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such information. You are solely responsible for any disturbance or any type of emotional distress endured by third parties that may be caused by our service delivery or delivery failure.

| 7 | SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE |
| | Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside. You also agree that tarait.com is not responsible for any mistakes, errors or miscalulations when it comes to currency exchange rates, bill totals, account balances. You agree that tarait.com has the right to replace faulty sums with correct and accurate ones. You foreit any loss of enrichment or any other type of compensation due to said errors.

8 | CONTRIBUTIONS TO TARAIT.COM |
| | By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents and/or proposals to tarait.com through it's suggestions or feedback web pages. You agree that your Contributions aren't confidential or proprietary. That tarait.com isn't under any confidentiality obligations with regards to the material. That tarait.com will be free to use that material in any way, for any purpose, in any worldwide media. And that tarait.com will be the sole owner of such contributions.

| 9 | INDEMNITY |
| | You agree to tarait.com and it's subsidiaries and hold them harmless from any claim or demand including attorney fee's arising out of your use of our service, your connection to the service, your violation of the GOS and/or the rights of another.

| 10 | MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE |
| | tarait.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue temporarily or permanently this Service ( or any part thereof ) with or without notice. You agree that tarait.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

| 11 | NO RESALE OF SERVICE |
| | You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, user of the Service, or access to the Service.

| 12 | GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE |
| | You acknowledge that Flowrhour.biz may establish general practice and limits concerning the use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages or sms stored messages will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of time ( and the maximum duration of which ) you may use the Service in a given period of time. You agree that tarait.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages or send any SMS or text messages on the Service. You acknowledge that tarait.com has the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Flowrhour.biz reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits from time to time.

| 13 | TERMINATION |
| | You agree that tarait.com may, <i>under certain circumstances and without prior notice</i>, immediately terminate your tarait.com account and suspend any associated reminders. Cause of such termination shall include (but not be limited to) a) breaches or violations of the GOS or other agreements b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies c) a request by you ( or someone purporting to be you ) d) discontinuance or metrical modification of the service e) unexpected technical or security issues f) extended periods of inactivity (especially for Trial user accounts ), g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities h) non-payment of fees owned by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your service includes a) immediate suspension and/or deletion of all stored text and SMS reminders from the termination date onto the future b) deletion of your password and other account information c) barring further use of the service. You agree that termination shall be made at the sole discretion of tarait.com and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account or any of the services which we provide.

| 14 | DEALINGS WITH RESELLERS |
| | You acknowledge that tarait.com cannot and shall not be held liable for the conduct or promises made by any third party reseller. Your correspondence and business dealings with, or participation in promotions of our Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such reseller. You agree that Flowrhour.biz shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

| 18 | CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM |
| | The TOS and the relationship between you and tarait.com shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland with regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and tarait.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Cork, Ireland.
